Accommodations Solutions, Inc. provides a comprehensive suite of Web based reservation booking and marketing applications for all hospitality industry businesses.

 

When considering the state of the economy, the competitive nature of the industry, and the affordability of available product, ASI set out to build a system the “little guy” could afford.  Beyond the necessity of affordability, ASI is dedicated to providing system functionality and amenities that go far beyond those now available in the market--at any price.

 

The central function of ASI’s EZBook system is it’s search-and-select booking format.  This function is presented in a simple to use functionality and attractive tri panel configuration.  “Units” will be pictorially displayed as well as have descriptive text with all details about that unit.  All location and feature amenities are also listed for each “unit” and locatable through guest search criteria.

 

When a final selection is made and “EZBook Now” is selected, all costs associated with that “unit” for the time frame selected are displayed. Still on the original tri panel screen--the guest can then “check out.”  This allows the guest to make his payment and have the reservation confirmed electronically.

 

As a result of the completed booking process, the guest will now be turned over to our automated marketing module which will continue to make the entire process - “green.”

 

Another feature of the package of services available is our electronic gift shop providing a free E-store Web site with a vast selection of customizable items to offer guests.

 

ASI has contracted with other strategic affiliates that stand at the ready to provide other services a client may want or need including: photography and videographer, credit card processing, travel and deposit insurance, as well as Web site design and hosting.

THE unique and defining component of ASI’s EZBook system is its “Guest Dashboard.”  The Guest Dashboard will be a personalized page of up-to-date information regarding the guest’s account.  This can be accessed only through a secure process requiring user name and password.  The Guest Dashboard will contain a plethora of information that will provide the guest with every tool necessary to plan his entire vacation down to the tiniest detail.
